I always had big dreams.
You always said they were to big.
You, so many people, made the bold and invincible kids adapt to your scariness and your numb will.
I never thought anything was impossible. Until the voices I heard outside became my own background doubts and instead of speaking my voice and standing up for my inner child… I believed them. I should not had been convinced that blending in was the right thing to do.
I wish we would both have dared to make expressiveness our precious guide and our aggressiveness a close ally, one that helps us grow our passions and will, and not burry them.
